LOGO DESIGN
Digitizing, which means converting photo to embroidery(stitching) format which calls DST format. It can be used for only certain embroidery machines.
Our Tajima commercial machine only accepts DST format files to embroider.

Detailed logos/designs need to be digitized by digitizing company and we order your logo/design, it usually takes 3-5 hours to receive your logo in DST format and ready to embroider.

Digitizing fee is one time payment and we keep your file in our files. Each logo will be $10-25 to digitize depending on the complexity of the logo. There will be an additional $15 to get ownership of the digitized logo.

You can also purchase DST file for yourself, and use the file anywhere in the world to get your embroidery.

Digitizing fee is a none refundable payment. Payment goes directly to digitizing company.

Mock Ups

We can provide sample digitizing for logo/design/text on felt if there’s something wrong or don’t look right and without any fee.

We’re always trying to complete orders on time and ship them quickly and they take 12-24 hours range and it makes orders slow and also waiting for response from customers also adds more time on top of mockup.

If you really want to see mockups then we will provide link that will take you to additional fee for mockup and that way we will provide mockup photo of your logo/text/design.

 

Once your logo is digitized, we’ll send over a virtual proof with dimensions and stitch count for review and approval. Upon approval, we’ll proceed with a physical sew out of your logo for your review and approval. We will not proceed to production until we have an approval on the sew out proof.

Embroidered shirts details

Usually embroidery goes on Left chest are in 3" - 4" range and this is the most professional way to embroider on shirts. Logos should be on left chest and Name and Title goes on right chest. We can also embroider on sleeves and back of shirts. Back embroider max size: 10" 

Text embroidery are typical embroidery orders. Please avoid upper case letters if you want to get cursive font. Upper case letters look great with Block fonts. The best option will be 1st letter upper case and the rest lower case in this case most of the font look great. Some fonts have to be upper case only such as: Fullblock, Stencil. Staccato looks great with upper case letters.

Business names should be Block letters because block letters are thick and easy to read and that way it will be easy to promote your company name. 

Cursive fonts are fancy and highly recommended for gifts. Must be 1st letter upper case and the rest are lower case.

Embroidered hats details

Logos sometimes get complicated on hat due to limited available space on hat. Please note that majority of hats can be embroidered Max: 2.25 inches height if the hat is considering as high profile. On the other hand low profile hats usually goes up to 2.20 inches height. Almost all the hats have same width: 5.75 inches availability. In this case our company sometimes avoid logos that doesn’t fit in this dimension. Our experience has let us know that some logos won’t come out good enough to be visible on hat. This is extremely normal for embroidery service. As a needle work this doesn’t happen often.
 

 

Read Following Information When You Place an Order

Once you choose your hat color and location of embroidery then follow these orders.

1. Write the Text/Wordings/Monogram/Greek letters etc. and please mention lower case letters or upper case letters

2. Write a font that you like. Note: please avoid Cursive font if you’re getting all upper case letters. Most of our font looks great if you get 1st letter uppercase then the rest lower case

3. Write the name of thread color you want to get. Note: please always think about the hat color and pick a color that will stand out on it.

4. Logo embroidery we need an original (actual) image of the logo/design.

5. Please leave us a note if you would like to modify the color of the logo based on hat colors. You can always change color some part(details) of the logo in order to contrast with hat color

6. Note: we’re able to embroider any hats Front(including single panel), Sides(Left/Right) and Back. This applies to Flexfit and any adjustable hats(Snapback, buckle or velcro). We’re ready to help you to build your dream custom hat.

7. We are able to arch the embroidery on the back of Richardson Snapback hats. Available space above snap allows us to put short text and also simple design/logo. For this option please mention the personalization box and for any help or modifications please feel free to message us.

 

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM QUANTITY ORDER REQUIREMENT?

There is not a minimum order quantity for embroidery but there are price breaks at 6 and 12 pieces.
